You need to click on “My Account Icon,” which is situated on the top, right-hand side of our website. You will be redirected to a new page, where you can locate the “Create a new account” button on the right-hand side. Click on “Create a new account” and fill in the required details, and then click on “Submit.” This completes the registration process, and you shall receive a confirmation email at the address you submitted.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt of returned products in its original packaging. The refund period is inclusive of the time that is taken for completing the refunds process by Fabinaliv.com, but excludes any delays that may arise through the bank or card issuers, or the total shipment time with regard to cheque refunds.

For orders placed through prepaid methods, the amount will be credited to your card or bank account. For COD orders, the total order amount will be refunded to your bank account via NEFT. All refunds get processed to your bank account within a period of 7 business days.
