Order Cancellation:

  • You may cancel your order anytime before shipping. If your order is paid, you will receive your money within 5-7 working days as per Bank's guidelines. 
  • If you order a wrong item by mistake, you can request us to cancel within 24 hours. We will not ship the item and will refund 100% amount for prepaid orders. 
  • Once the Order is processed and shipped from our side. It will not be cancelled.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return product and it is approved from our quality assurance team, we will initiate a refund to your original mode of payment. The amount will reflect in your bank account as per the Bank Policies.
  • If you somehow receive a damaged or wrong product, we either will replace your product or will issue you a full refund in your original mode of payment in case the concern product is out of stock.
  • For low order values, shipping charges will be deducted from the total order value.
  • Return shipping cost will be deducted from the order refund value, if the customer is not satisfied with the product.
  • Refund shall be initiated within 5-7 business days in the bank account shared by the customer, after receiving the return package.

Kindly include your Name, Order ID and registered email while writing to us. Within 24 to 48 business hours, our support champions will respond to your query and will resolve your issue on priority.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • If the returned product is used or damaged.
  • Your order does not arrive due to the factor within your control (Eg. Providing the wrong shipping address).
  • If you missed the call to guide the address from the delivery executive.

Note:- 

  • Bank account details provided by the customer will be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the Brand.
  • You can only submit return request after 15 days of completing the (45 days) guaranteed period for delivery. You can do it by sending a message/mail or visit our contact us page.
