We at Fabinaliv strive to make your shopping experience seamless, enjoyable, and stress-free, and therefore try our best to ensure that every product you order is in top condition before it leaves our warehouse. However, at times things are beyond our control and thus we offer the following return policy.

 Please make a video while opening the packet to avoid any discrepancy and then only your product will be eligible for Return/Exchange.

Item eligible for Return/Exchange

(1) If the product received is 

• Damaged
• Wrong
• Defective
• Has a Missing Part

In any of the above mentioned cases, we will replace the product for you free of cost. You need to only inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will schedule a reverse pick up, and replace the product as soon as possible.

NOTE :- While sending the product kindly record a video to avoid any discrepancy in the future.

 In order to successfully complete this process and get your replacement product, you will need to get in touch with Customer Care. In case the product is out of stock or is irreplaceable, we will refund your amount depending on the product.

 (2) If you are unsatisfied with the product

We will gladly accept your return. Please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of receiving the product and we will do our best to help you out !

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

If any of the above two cases are applicable:-

• We offer a hassle free Return and exchange for 7 days after delivery of the product.
• In case of non-serviceable pin codes charges for returning the package will be refunded up to 100/-

Items not eligible for return if:

1. Customised order cannot be returned.
2. Bulk orders that were specially designed as per your requirement are not eligible for return.
3. International orders are also not eligible for return.
4. Complaint after 48 hours is not eligible for return.

Note:- Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the Order ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging.

• While sending the product kindly record a video to avoid any discrepancy in the future.
• Kindly return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been used, a refund would not be provided.
• Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed. Refund shall be initiated within 5-7 business days after receiving the return package, in the bank account shared by the customer.
• Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.
