One of the largest online retailer in India, Fabinaliv.com offers a vast selection of products for the home, office, and interior decoration.
Itโs quite easy. Once you are on www.fabinaliv.com, follow the following steps:
- Tap Create Account on the top.
- Enter a User name, a phone number, an email address and a password.
- Click Register
And presto! You have a Fabinaliv.com account. Click on Your Account in the top right corner of our website whenever you wish to access your account. To access your account, you simply need to enter your email address or user name and password.
The "Your Orders Section" is where you can discover your package's tracking information. Additionally, for convenience, you can call our whatsapp customer support number and we'll provide you the tracking information there.
"No questions asked" is our policy. You may return your order if the item is physically flawed, incorrectly proportioned or large, defective, or otherwise different from what you ordered.
Go to the bottom and click Returns & Exchange. To initiate a return, click the link. We adhere to the "No Questions Asked" policy if it falls inside the return window.
Within 5-7 business days once we receive the returned product and run a quality test that it has not been used, you will receive your money back.
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer replacement services. Order cancellation and new order placement are options.
